Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, website text, downloads, graphics, branding, videos, course materials, calculator designs, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Learning Real Estate Investing and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Permitted Use
You may view and use materials for personal, noncommercial educational purposes subject to our Terms and Conditions. You may not reproduce, sell, redistribute, publish, scrape, remove notices from, or create competing products from our materials without written permission.
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@learningrealestateinvesting.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the relevant URL.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Counter-Notice
If material you submitted was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe that action was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction and service requirements applicable under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Repeat Infringers
Where appropriate, we may restrict or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights.
Trademark Notice
Names, logos, and branding displayed on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners. No license is granted except as expressly stated.
