These Membership Terms supplement our Terms and Conditions and apply to paid Learning Real Estate Investing memberships and subscriptions.

Plans and Access
Your plan, included benefits, billing interval, and price are shown at checkout or in the applicable offer. Membership access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
Recurring Billing Authorization
By starting a recurring membership, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method on file at each billing interval until cancellation. Taxes may apply. If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended while we retry or request an updated payment method.
Trials and Promotional Offers
Any trial or promotional terms shown at checkout are part of these Terms. Unless canceled before the stated conversion date, a trial may convert to a paid recurring membership at the disclosed price.
Cancellation
You may cancel before the next renewal through any available account or billing portal, or by emailing us. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise disclosed, access continues until the current paid period ends.
No Refunds After Access
Membership fees are nonrefundable after digital access begins, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits, except where required by law. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Membership Content and Availability
We may add, remove, update, or reorganize content and features. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee that every feature or item will remain available indefinitely.
Community and Conduct
If community features are offered, you must interact lawfully and respectfully and must not spam, harass, impersonate, disclose another person’s confidential information, or promote unlawful activity. We may remove content or restrict access for violations.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate membership for nonpayment, credential sharing, abuse, security risks, or material violations. Termination for a violation does not create a right to a refund.
