Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Educational Purpose
Our content and tools are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, brokerage, lending, construction, or other professional advice. See our Real Estate and Earnings Disclaimer.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Limited License and Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use purchased or membership materials for your personal, noncommercial educational use. Unless we expressly permit it in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, scrape, or create derivative products from our content, branding, or tools.
Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s information, violate law, or use the services to infringe rights. You may not share paid credentials or redistribute paid materials.
User-Supplied Information
You retain ownership of information you submit. You give us permission to process it as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the services. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to submit it.
Purchases, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
Prices, billing intervals, and material purchase terms are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and, where applicable, our Membership Terms.

Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, deal availability, financing, income, profit, or any particular result.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LREI and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of or reliance on the services. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable product or service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold LREI and its operator harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, or misuse. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
