Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products and Downloads

All sales are final after digital access is provided. Because digital products can be accessed, viewed, or downloaded immediately, we do not offer refunds once access or a download has been delivered, except where required by law.

Paid Memberships and Subscriptions

Memberships may renew automatically at the interval and price displayed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel.

You may cancel before your next renewal through any account or billing portal made available to you, or by emailing support@learningrealestateinvesting.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds, credits, or partial refunds after membership access begins, except where required by law.

Trials and Promotions

If a trial, introductory price, or special promotion is offered, the terms displayed at checkout control. Unless you cancel before the stated trial or promotional period ends, the membership may convert to a paid subscription at the disclosed rate.

Duplicate Charges, Unauthorized Charges, and Technical Problems

If you believe you were charged more than once, did not authorize a charge, or cannot access a purchase because of a technical issue, contact us promptly. We will investigate and, when appropriate, correct billing or restore access. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

How to Request Help

Email us with the email address used for the purchase, the product or membership name, the transaction date, and a brief description of the issue. Please contact us before initiating a charge dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate.
